"The gap between what a business needs and what technology can actually do is where most AI projects quietly die. I've spent my career standing in that gap."
I started at Arthur Andersen as a manager in Strategic Information Technology Services, working with executives to make IT serve the business instead of hindering it. Then I went and built the software myself, founding AppealTrack, a SaaS platform for property tax professionals, and later ProductLight, a tool that strips bias out of feature prioritization.
Since then I've led product at venture-backed companies as VP of Product and Head of Product, taking platforms from MVP to enterprise-grade and aligning engineering, design, sales and customer success around the same goal.
That combination is the point. I can talk margin with your CFO, architecture with your engineers, and translate honestly in both directions.
